Playing for Too Long

Poker players should avoid playing for too long. But then, there are some who can’t avoid playing for very long hours. They feel tempted to play for more. And this is the problem. However, it can help if they set a time limit on their game. Say if they really want to play for extended period of time, they should set how long it will be. Maybe they can then set the alarm on their mobile phone or watch. Once they hear the alarm sound then they should stop playing. If they are winning, then it will prevent them from giving back their winnings. If they are losing, then it will prevent them from giving away more of their bankroll. It will really help if they set a time limit on their game.
