Like most of the poker varieties, Seven-Card Stud Hi Lo also has its own set of terms. Well the terms can be considered as plain and simple. Indeed, it won’t be hard to get to know and be familiar of them. Actually, they are also used in other varieties, just consider the most popular variety Texas Holdem.

Here are the terms:

  • Check-fold – is the act of checking and then folding. The former can be done at any time however the latter can only be done if in for a bet.
